Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, and you will receive a tracking number via email once your package departs our warehouse.
Do your electronics come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all Dreame electronic products include a comprehensive 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. Extended protection plans are also available for purchase at checkout.
What is your return policy for opened items?
We offer a 30-day return window. If the item has been opened, it must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included. A small restocking fee may apply to certain high-end electronics.
