At Dreame, we stand by the quality of our smart home electronics and offer a 30-day risk-free return policy if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated support team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your Dreame device in its original box, ensuring all components like charging bases and brushes are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
